Varsity member of the Greenwood Woodmen team from 1937 to 1941… during four-year career, scored 971 points and led the Woodmen to their first sectional championship in 1940 ending Franklin…s streak of 22 straight sectional championships… as four-year starter, led the Woodmen to three Johnson County championships and two sectional championships… Greenwood…s overall record was 62 wins and 9 losses in his four years… played with the Indianapolis Kautskys and Allison Jets.
