Vernon High School (Fortville)…led team to state finals in 1977 with sister Barb Skinner (Hall of Fame 2005), scored 14 points in the evening game and 25 points in the afternoon game…1978 Indiana All-Sta…played for Butler University, was the first woman in Butler history to score over 1,000 points…holds Butler’s all-time steal record…Liz and Barb Skinner first females inducted into Butler Hal of Fame in 1998…coached high school and middle school teams throughout the state, led Ft. Wayne Carroll volleyball team to the final game of the state championship in the later 80’s…member of 2003 Silver Anniversary Team.
