Rex Rudicel

All-sectional and all-regional at Huntington … captained team as a senior … also played football and baseball … 3-yr standout at Ball State Teachers College, where his coach was Branch McCracken … though only 5-5, he was team’s leading scorer for 3 years … played on only Ball State team to beat Indiana University, 1937 … leading hitter on Ball State’s baseball team for 3 seasons … selected twice on Little State basketball team. Played with the Indianapolis Kautskys, then coached at Hagerstown and Muncie Burris. Was an IHSAA official.
