Robert Hinshaw

Assistant commissioner of the Indiana High School Athletic Association from1945 until his death in 1961 nationally known authority on high school sports rules supervised the assignment of referees for basketball tourney each year of his tenure, and served on many national rules committees of national organizations earned 4 letters at Earlham College coached from 1923 to 1929 at Greenfield, then 1929 to 1943 at Rushville that school’s athletic director 1943 to ’45.
