As a senior at Mishawaka High School averaged 23.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists, leading the team to 24-1 record, named Miss Basketball in 1984…the first Indiana Miss Basketball to play for Purdue University where she led the team in scoring for three consecutive seasons and finished with 1,565 career points, has top 10 standings in 11 statistical categories for the Boilermakers, a three-time academic All-Big Ten Team member and second team Academic AlL-American as a senior…began coaching career at the high school level at Lawrence North then Benton Central before going to Maine for five years and Indiana one year returning to alma mater in 2006 to coach the Boilermakers…2009 Silver Anniversary Team.
