Wilson Eison

A 1955 graduate of Roosevelt High School, Gary, he was selected Indiana All Stars’ ‘Mr. Basketball.’ After outstanding record in high school, he was chosen ‘Most Valuable Player’ at Purdue and was 9th among Big 10 scorers in 1958. In 1959 was drafted by the Minneapolis Lakers and in 1960 was voted ‘Most Valuable Player’ in the 5th Army Basketball Tournament at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. Lives in Gary, where he is a Coordinator for U.S. Tube.
