Most of the original twelve Henry County schools are extinct, victims of consolidation. They may be gone, but they are not forgotten. These schools provided the groundwork for the present-day success of basketball in Henry County. They provided the triumph and tragedy, but, more importantly, they provided the memories. And those memories are something that time will never tarnish. These schools made Henry County basketball MORE THAN A GAME.
