Versyp Headlines Hall of Fame Golf Outing
(New Castle) – Sharon Versyp, Indiana’s 1984 Indiana Miss Basketball and a 2010 Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, will be the featured guest as the Hall hosts their annual fundraiser golf outing at Chippendale Golf Club near Kokomo on Wednesday, June 25.
Versyp, as a presenting partner of the event, will play one hole with each group participating in the scramble.
Hosted by the Hall’s Women’s Committee, the event will include numerous Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame inductees as well as numerous coaches representing programs from around the state, including Purdue University, Indiana University, IUPUI, IU Kokomo, St. Francis, Grace College and more.
The event will begin with a Noon shotgun start, preceded by registration at 11:15. Following the round, players will be treated to a buffet meal in the clubhouse.
A special collection of autographed items, ranging from books, basketballs and jerseys, as well as numerous door prizes will be available to participants through raffles and giveaways.
